I was really impressed with this hotel for the value. It's not the ritz carlton but it's clean, nice, spacious, and the breakfast is decent. Comfy bed and a nice staff as well!
We really enjoyed our stay at Staybridge in Missoula. The king suite was spacious and perfect for our 1-year-old. We felt warmly welcomed, parking was free and convenient, and the complimentary breakfast was good. The room included a crib for our baby, which they loved, and a kitchen that was very handy for preparing baby food. We stayed for just one night, and while the cost was a bit on the higher side, it was a very comfortable and family-friendly experience. Highly recommended!
The rooms are nice & the location is great. The staff is who I’m here to talk about though; couldn’t be kinder & sweeter. They are welcoming, accommodating, & treat everyone like family. I had surgery today & came back to my hotel room to flowers, treats, & a get well soon card. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, for everything they offer, but most of all - the staff! & special shout out for the delicious corn chowder!
We had an amazing stay. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and ready to meet any of our needs. The amenities were great and the location was close to everything we needed. We will definitely be back.
I stayed at Staybridge Suites Missoula for the past week. My favorite is the bed. It is so comfortable and the sheets are so soft. My second favorite thing is the food. Incredible breakfasts and dinners. The staff are so helpful and Caden, the manager goes out of the way to help you. And the other thing is I am OCD about cleanliness and it is so clean. I highly recommend this hotel.
Really appreciate the excellent service and quality amenities of this hotel. As has happened too many times in the past at other hotels, the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance or repair. As opposed to other hotels which don’t openly identify this before you pay, the clerk at Staybridge stopped to inform me and ALSO mentioned that the hotel had an agreement with the Courtyard hotel next door for guest guests to use their facilities! Later, when I went to use the amenity, when it was taking too long to notify the front desk at Courtyard by phone, a clerk walked me over personally! The room was great and very comfortable. Overall very pet friendly, and without extra cost! A spaghetti and meatball dinner was provided with garlic bread and dessert! Also free drinks. Another rare but very welcome fact was that the coffee was delicious! The breakfast buffet was top notch with lots of fresh and good fruit, ham and eggs, numerous bread and pastry choices, waffles with all the fixings, etc. I really thought the cook staff went out of their way to provide every additional option for every taste or preference. Thanks to the staff and management for an excellent nights stay!
One of us ended up sick and needed to extend our stay. Breakfast staff helped with trays, housekeeping kept us in clean towels everyday. Meredith on nights and Alyssa on days did their magic do we didn’t have to change rooms. Very pleased
